Tri-County Rural Electric is an electric distribution cooperative serving nearly 18,000 members in seven northern Pennsylvania counties (Bradford, Cameron, Clinton, Lycoming, McKean, Potter, and Tioga). The cooperative was incorporated on October 24, 1936. Electric service was first provided in December 1937.
